After pregnant Harmon awoke from her haze, she looks into the toilet bowl to find blood, implying that she may have miscarried. In the opening scenes of the episode viewers were left feeling unnerved as Andrew perused Harmon's social media pictures. Harmon was later seen talking to her girlfriend on webcam, with the couple discussing Harmon's pregnancy and their plans for the future after she decided to leave detective work.
